How long is the commitment?
None. You can start, pause, or cancel at any time. Billing is monthly, and you'll never be charged for a month you haven't started.
What areas do you cover?
The Wildwoods, Cape May, Ocean City, Sea Isle, Avalon, Stone Harbor, and surrounding Cape May County communities.
What if you find something wrong?
We contact you immediately with photos and a recommendation. With your approval, we can coordinate any of our in-house services or a trusted local vendor and meet them at the property on your behalf.
Is Home Watch the same as house sitting?
No. Our team doesn't stay at the property — we perform scheduled professional inspections and leave. That's what your insurance carrier and most vacant-home coverage requires.
Do you offer winterization?
Yes — full winterization in the fall and de-winterization in the spring are available as add-on services. Tell us during signup and we'll send a custom quote.
